摘要

以"新工科"建设要求为指导,逐步探索出"1+2+3"校企协同育人光电专业实习教学新模式.以学生综合能力提升为"中心",形成双导师、双平台"两大支撑",实现课堂、企业、校园"三位一体"协同育人.在多年实践教学过程中,实现了教与学良性互动、学与产有机融合、德与技同步提升.新模式深度体现了 OBE教学理念,响应了国家"两性一度"的课程改革要求,推动了创新型高素质人才的培养.

Abstract

Professional practice is an important practical link in the teaching plan of photoelectric major.The traditional practice mode has many deficiencies,such as low level of course content,mechanization of teaching form,and unitary assessment and evaluation.Guided by the requirements of"new engineering"construction,the photoelectric teaching team of China University of Petroleum(East China)gradually explores a new mode of"1+2+3"school-enterprise collaborative education.With the improvement of students'comprehensive ability as the"one center",it forms the"two supports"of two tutors and two platforms,and realizes the"trinity"of collaborative education among classroom,enterprise and campus.By many years of practical teaching,it achieves remarkable results and achieves positive interaction between teaching and learning,organic integration of learning and production,and simultaneous improvement of morality and technology.The new model deeply reflects the teaching concept of OBE,echoes the national curriculum reform requirements of"gender first",and is conducive to the cultivation of innovative high-quality talents.
