Exploration and Practice of the Self-organizing Management Model in Research Team Laboratories
The research team laboratory,as the main battlefield for postgraduate education,is characterized by long opening hours, large number of students, diverse materials and multiple safety hazards, which makes the laboratory management face significant challenges. In order to encourages post-graduate student to achieve self-activation,self-management and self-improvement,the Industrial Crystallization and Particle Process research group explored a"self-organizing"management model by building a positive team culture and establishing advanced information communication mechanism. This management model efficiently utilizes existing resources of laboratory to support research and innovation of post-graduate students. Moreover,it enhances comprehensive qualities of students, such as patriotism and cooperation, leading to industry-wide recognition of the post-graduate education.Through practical exploration,the"self-organizing"management approach can not only improve the laboratory performance but also serve as a valuable reference due to its practicability and generalization.
