Exploration and Practice of"Five in One"Mode of Opening and Sharing of Large-scale Instruments in Universities
Fully improving the efficiency of opening and sharing of large-scale instruments is a practical management problem faced by universities. In view of this,Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications has established a"Five in One"mode of opening and sharing based on years of practice. Each instrument is treated as a foothold, and the target is to improve the efficiency of opening and sharing. This mode comprehensively ensures the implementation of opening and sharing to individuals and instruments from five aspects,i.e.,management responsibility system, training access system, informatization construction, safety supervision mode, and service for teaching and research. It achieves 7 x 24 h deep opening while ensuring the safety of instrument operation, reducing instrument failure rate, and being able to track responsible personnel at any time. The implementation of the"Five in One"opening and sharing mode has greatly improved the efficiency of large-scale instrument opening and sharing, strengthened communication between teachers and students, and increased service capabilities, which provides strong support for personnel training and scientific research.
