Exploration and Practice of Instruments and Equipment Acceptance Management in Universities
The acceptance of instruments and equipment in universities is an important means to ensure the quality and results of procurement,and a key link to ensure the normal operation and use of equipment.This paper expounds the importance of the university equipment acceptance work.It is pointed out that the acceptance management of university instruments and equipment has some inadequacies such as the imperfect management institutions and the unreasonable post setting.The acceptance system is not perfect,and is lack of a clear and standardized process.Suppliers are false bidding and contract has no acceptance plan.We take the means of improving the acceptance management rules and regulations,optimizing the establishment of management institutions,clarifying the responsibilities of the acceptance post,standardizing the acceptance work process,strengthening the equipment research and demonstration,improving the supplier credit mechanism,establishing the acceptance expert database,strengthening the acceptance process management,strengthening the business training of the acceptance personnel,improving the professional and technical level of the team to obtain important achievements.It provides a strong basis and scientific guarantee for improving the management level of instruments and equipment acceptance and safeguarding the interests of the school.
