摘要
高校化学类实验室是安全事故高发和易发的实验室,其事故风险主要来源于危险化学品和危险性仪器设备等.针对近年来高校和科研院所发生的几起典型的实验室安全事故,结合高分子科学系发生的实验室安全涉险事件,分析了化学类实验室易于发生的实验室安全事故及其原因,提出了重要危险源管控、课题组特色安全教育体系构建、实验风险分析以及实验室安全文化建设等解决途径.初步实践证实以上措施切实有效,高分子系的实验室安全状况明显改善,发挥了降低事故、实践育人的效果.
Abstract
The accident hazards of chemical labs in universities mainly come from chemicals,equipment and related operations,and laboratory accidents prone to occur in chemical laboratories.Based on several typical laboratory accidents occurred in scientific research institutes and universities and also the incidents occurred in the author's college in recent years,root causes are accordingly and fully analyzed,and corrective and preventive measures such as barrier based hazard management,setting up safety training system,implementing safety MIS and exerting strong safety culture through multiple ways are suggested.The practices have been proved that the above measures are workable and effective,the laboratory safety performance of author's college has been improved,which significantly contributes to reducing accidents and educating people on engineering ethics.
