高校理工科实验室防呆设计——以地理科学实验室为例

高校实验室承担着科学研究及人才培养的重任,其安全管理及规范运行直接关系到科学研究能否顺利开展,关系着师生安全乃至社会的稳定.其中,理工科实验室具有分布散、环境危险属性复杂、危险源种类多、总量大、人员流动性大等特点,而且从事实验操作的主力在实验室时间短、实验操作熟练程度偏低,一直以来都是高校实验室安全事故的高发地.地表过程与资源生态国家重点实验室室内分析测试中心作为理工科实验室,其实验室安全环境极具复杂性、不确定性和综合性,以此为典型研究案例,系统阐述了防呆的概念、基本理念及其应用原理,在此基础上,对气相色谱仪-MIDI微生物鉴定系统做了步骤详细、可操作、可实施的实验室防呆设计.同时,实验过程中的防呆设计要遵循简单、轻松、安全以及自动化原则.随着智能时代的来临,除了传统的物防、人防,亟待推进和加强技防建设,充分利用现代技术手段进行精密智能化安全防范,提升技防管理水平,从本质上减少实验室安全事故.
Fool-proofing Design for Engineering Laboratories in Universities:A Case Study from Geographical Science Laboratories
University laboratories are responsible for scientific research and personnel training.Their safety management and standardized operation are directly related to the smooth development of scientific research,the safety of teachers and students,and the safety and stability of society.This study takes the indoor analysis and testing center of the State Key Laboratory of Earth Surface Process and Resource Ecology of Beijing Normal University as a typical case,and systematically expounds the concept,basic idea and application principle of fool-proofing.Operational,implementable lab fool-proof design is done.At the same time,we believe that the fool-proofing design during the experiment should follow the principles of simplicity,ease,safety and automation.With the advent of the intelligent age,in addition to the traditional physical defense and civil defense,it is urgent to promote and strengthen the construction of technical defense,make full use of modern technical means to carry out sophisticated and intelligent security protection,improve the level of technical defense management,and intrinsically reduce laboratory safety accidents.
