Experimental Design for Measuring the Rotation Accuracy of Rolling Bearing
In order to improve the training quality of"New Engineering"professionals and meet the requirements of the industry for graduates'ability to solve complex engineering problems,an engineering experiment including theoretical modeling,measurement data research and software development is designed by taking the measurement of rolling bearing rotation accuracy as an example.Based on the contact relationship during the detection of rotational accuracy of angular contact ball bearings,an analytical model for calculating radial and axial runout values is proposed.The experiment selects 9 uniformly distributed positions to detect the design parameters of the bearing ring,uses Fourier series to fit the measurement data,designs the rotation accuracy calculation process and programs the calculation to obtain the variation law of the rotation accuracy.The calculation results are consistent with the experimental results of the rotation accuracy measuring instrument.From the view of convenient production and application,the analysis software is developed based on Matlab tool,which is helpful for rapid calculation of rotation accuracy and engineering application.The experiments conducted in accordance with national standards are seamlessly connected with engineering issues,and the implementation process is significantly innovative,strengthening the laboratory's support for talent cultivation.
