Research on the Construction Path of the National Science and Technology Innovation Bases
Studying the construction and operation implementation path and innovation breakthrough path can greatly improve the construction and operation effect of national science and technology innovation bases.Through policy research,statistical analysis,case studies and other methods,this paper explores the development process of the national science and technology innovation sases,especially,after optimization and integration since 2015,the self-positioning has become more and more focused.Taking the National Engineering Research Center as an example,construction and operation of the National Engineering Research Center should be combined with the assessment index requirements to meet the urgent needs of the national strategy.At the same time,the characteristics of the construction unit should be brought in,gathering intellectual and technical advantages and focusing on tackling"neck technologies".In addition,the National Engineering Research Center,as a source of innovation and a link for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,should build its ecology and influence based on the construction of standards and mechanisms from the perspective of meeting the national strategic requirements and doing a good job in connecting the front and the back in the innovation chain.
