Reform and Practice of Aerodrome Control Simulation Training Based on OBE Concept
Based on the concept of OBE,aerodrome control simulation training is reformed from the aspects of the curriculum objectives,practice content,practice process and assessment methods,the joint teaching between school and enterprise is introduced.The practice shows that reform means for examples the reverse design of curriculum objectives,the hierarchical design of practical content and training difficulty,the dynamic grouping of teachers and students,the process-oriented assessment based on automatic grading and examination separated from teaching,and the joint teaching of schools and enterprises,etc.,can well solve the existing problems.Compared with the results before the reform,not only the average score of the course is improved,but also the proportion of excellent is further improved,the proportion of 60-69 segments decreases significantly,and the improvement in course achievement is remarkable.The reform plan and practical achievements based on the OBE concept provide typical application cases for practical teaching of transportation majors.
