Comprehensive Experiment Exploration and Teaching Mode Reform in Aquatic Animal Medicine Postgraduates
This research aims to cultivate innovative and applied talents for aquatic animal medicine.It designs comprehensive experiments,and the physical and chemical factors,biological factors in aquaculture water and the pathogens in infected hybridized grouper(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀ × E.lanceolatus ♂)are detected.The serum indexes and pathological changes in tissues of infected fish are analyzed.The causes of disease in infected hybridized grouper are predicted,and the total solution is given by literature review.In the experimental teaching process,a series of comprehensive,practical and innovative aquatic animal medical experiments are designed,and the virtual simulation,classic case micro video and digital specimen library are jointly applied.Combining with diversified assessment system,the learning interest,innovation ability and practical ability of students are greatly improved.The experimental teaching task is successfully completed,and the quality of experimental teaching is significantly improved.
