Research of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis in Safety Management of Experimental Teaching in Colleges——Taking the Metalworking Practice as an Example
To explore the application of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in experimental teaching, this paper analyzes the current application status of FMEA method in university laboratories, and applies FMEA in the safety management of experimental teaching by taking the metalworking practice as an example. We analyze the potential failure modes, impacts, and causes of the teaching process and quantify risks, and reduce the RPN value of potential failure modes based on risk priority by taking targeted measures.Practice proves that applying FMEA into experimental teaching safety management is beneficial for reducing the occurrence of safety accidents in experimental teaching, and improves the safety protection awareness of teachers and students, and improves the standard of laboratory safety management.
