Design and Application of Evaluation System for Sample Preparation of Transmission Electron Microscopy
The transmission electron microscope samples of TC4 titanium alloy,DC56D+Z steel and AA6451 aluminum alloy are prepared by selecting the main experimental process parameters affected the electrolytic double spraying in order to realize the quality evaluation of transmission electron microscope sample preparation. The quantitative analysis and qualitative evaluation system for samples preparation of transmission electron microscope is designed by taking the thin area image as the analysis object. The evaluation system mainly includes gray measurement and statistics, threshold segmentation, particle characteristics and analysis modules.According to the gray characteristics of the thin area image,a certain gray level is selected for threshold segmentation, the binary image is used to extract the hole contour, the hole area is quantitatively counted, and the influence law on the preparation quality of the sample is analyzed. The appropriate gray level range is selected, the average number of pixels is counted, and the critical value of sample quality preparation is determined. In order to verify the accuracy of the sample preparation evaluation system, the qualified samples are observed by transmission electron microscopy to observe the microstructure.Through the above standardized TEM sample preparation experimental process and evaluation analysis process, the sample preparation process can be optimized and the test analysis efficiency can be improved.
