Experimental Teaching System Development of Mine Gas Extraction Parameter Regulation
In order to meet the teaching needs of engineering fluid mechanics,an experimental system for regulating gas extraction parameters in underground coal mines was independently developed to realize the experimental simulation of gas-air flow law under different conditions such as pipeline resistance, air leakage degree and extraction negative pressure. The system consists of four parts,i.e.,underground coal seam extraction environment and gas pressure state subsystem, underground gas extraction pipeline network, valve, power structure subsystem, gas volume flow, gas volume fraction, gas pressure and other parameter acquisition subsystem and parameter upload and data analysis and processing subsystem. The single chip microcomputer is used to control the opening of each valve and the speed of the pump in real time, and monitor the gas volume flow, gas volume fraction, gas pressure and other data flowing through each region in real time. The system can carry out teaching experiments related to engineering fluid specialty, cultivate students'understanding of the specialty, and improve students'practical ability.
