自动化专业实验创新平台设计与教学研究

面向新工科背景下培养创新人才的需求,结合目前自动化专业学生培养的现状,参照飞行器地面半实物仿真测试装备,开发并搭建了模拟飞行转台实验创新平台.该实验创新平台由机械结构、驱动系统、控制系统、人机交互界面和通信接口共同组成,可以实现俯仰、偏航和滚转的三自由度姿态模拟.教学实践结果表明,该平台不仅为学生提供被控对象拟合、PID控制器设计等基础实验,还可根据学生创新需求,使用预留接口自主设计创新实验;同时,具有形象生动、轻便易携带、人机交互简便、接口丰富、功能拓展性强等优势.
Design of Experimental Innovation Platform for Automation Discipline and Teaching Exploration
In response to the new demands for the cultivation of innovative talents and the current situations of undergraduates majoring in automation,an experimental innovation platform based on the flight simulation turntable is developed and established,with reference to the hardware-in-the-loop simulation equipment for aircrafts.The experimental platform is composed of the mechanical structure,the driving system,the control system,the human-computer interaction interface and the communication interface,which can realize 3-DOF attitude simulation in pitch,yaw and roll,respectively.The practical application indicates that the platform can not only provide students with basic experiments such as the characteristic fitting of controlled objects and the design of PID controller,but also provide reserved interfaces for students to independently design innovative experiments based on their specific needs.Meanwhile,the experimental innovation platform has the advantages of its vivid effects,portability,simple human-computer interaction,rich interfaces and strong function expansion.
