Teaching Practice of Actual Testing-oriented Instrumental Analysis Experiment
In order to achieve the instrumental analysis training goal of practicing the skills learned in the classroom for extracurricular use,an instrumental analysis experiment is designed to determine the content of iodine in different forms in commercially available table salts with the orientation of actual testing. The accuracy of the automatic potentiometric titration method and the feasibility of replacing the traditional manual titration of the national standard method are verified through the precision and spiking recovery experiments. The teaching practice shows that the titration phenomenon is obvious, the workload of the project is substantial, and the test report is automatically generated by the instrument to realize the traceability of the measurable value, which greatly stimulates the students'interest in learning.
