Promoting the Supporting Role of Instrument Platform to Help Cultivating Scientific Research Talents
Talent cultivation is one of the main tasks of scientific research institutions.Taking State Key Laboratory for Biology of Plant Diseases and Insect Pests as an example,this paper introduces the function of instruments and equipment of five sub-platforms,i.e.,genomics,proteomics,insect behavior,chemical analysis and microscopic image analysis,and analyzes the functions of the instrument platform in talent introduction,young researchers training,major scientific research achievements training and postgraduate research ability improvement of scientific research institutions,and expounds the measures of the instrument platform through personalized management mode,diversified training form,scientific management method and expanding external publicity,which strongly supports the improvement of the institute in personnel training.At the same time,it puts forward some ideas on the future development of the instrument platform in the aspects of team building,improving graduate students'operation skills and broadening the service field,so as to provide some reference for the future talent training of scientific research instrument platform.
