高校大型仪器设备全生命周期协同共享机制研究

通过对大型仪器设备全生命周期管理各环节中在应用研究及使用效益联动协同机制建设,打通以大型仪器设备为代表的教育资源管理环节中的难点、痛点、堵点及贯通不畅问题,促进管理体系的完整性构建,探索提升高校教育资源助力教育强国的重要生长点.进一步优化大型仪器设备考评体系,实现由单台仪器向二级学院的考核主体转变,倒逼二级学院狠抓资源统筹,剪断"私有制"观念,实现教育资源的高度集中和高效使用.同时,依托高水平实验技术队伍培育体系建设,夯实强师基础,进一步发挥高校在教育强国建设进程中的龙头作用.
Research on Collaborative Sharing Mechanism of Large Instruments and Equipment in Universities throughout Their Life Cycle
Through the intrinsic substantive research of the whole life cycle management of large instruments and equipment and the construction of the linkage and coordination mechanism of the use of benefits,the difficulties,pain points,blocking points and poor penetration problems in the management of educational resources represented by large instruments and equipment are solved,the integrity construction of the management system is promoted,and the important growth points of improving college education resources to help education powers are explored.Furthermore,we optimize the evaluation system of large instruments and equipment,realize the transformation from the assessment of a single instrument to the assessment body of the secondary college,force the secondary college to pay close attention to resource coordination,cut off the concept of"private ownership",which achieves a high degree of concentration and efficient use of educational resources.At the same time,relying on the construction of high-level experimental technical team cultivation system,the foundation of strong teachers is consolidated,and the leading role of universities in the process of building a powerful education country is further played.
