Exploration and Practice of Laboratory Safety Management in Textile Universities
As a base for cultivating specialized talents and technological innovation in textile application fields from textile and apparel to aerospace,energy development to biomedical,textile university laboratories should strengthen laboratory safety management,which is an important way to support the development of textile applications and the cultivation of textile talents.Through analyzing the safety management dilemma of textile university laboratories,we find that many laboratories lack safety infrastructure and equipment,safety management system and mechanism,safety behavior of laboratory personnel,and safety concept of compliance experiment.We further study the correlation between safety cognition and safety performance,and propose to improve the safety cognition level of laboratory personnel from four aspects,i.e.,safety state,safety management,safety behavior,and safety concept.It is proposed to improve the level of safety perception and transform it into the safety behavior of teachers and students from the inside and outside,so as to improve the performance of laboratory safety management,aiming to provide a safe and sustainable development path for laboratory management in textile universities.
