摘要

风力发电机组由于受到风切变的影响会产生各种冲击,造成行星齿轮的破损和风电设备的各种故障.针对不同转速下风力发电机行星齿轮故障信号及振动运行情况开展实验教学与研究,利用实验室现有风电齿轮箱试验台,基于Matlab/Simulink设计、开发一套转速控制模块.通过该模块可有效控制及模拟风电发电机组的启、停及波动情况下运行状态;利用采集到不同运行状态下行星齿轮断齿运行情况,通过后续数据分析对比验证了设备的可靠性,为今后开展行星齿轮各种运行状态下的实验教学及科研提供了实验平台.

Abstract

Due to the impact of wind shear,wind turbines may cause various impacts,which can damage the planetary gears and various failures in wind power equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on wind power gearboxes at variable speeds.In order to carry out experimental teaching and research on the vibration operation of the planetary gear fault signal under different speeds of the wind turbine planetary gearbox system,a set of speed control module is designed and developed based on MATLAB/Simulink on the existing wind turbine gearbox test bench in the laboratory.This module can effectively control and simulate the operation status of wind power generator sets under the start,stop and fluctuation conditions.Then the vibration acquisition equipment is used to collect the operation conditions of broken teeth of planetary gear under different operating states,and the reliability of the equipment is effectively verified through subsequent data analysis and comparison.This work provides an experimental platform for the experimental teaching and scientific research of planetary gear under various operating conditions.
