虚实结合的工业机器人实训课程开发

开发了虚实结合的工业机器人实训课程.利用SolidWorks三维软件和KUKA-Sim-pro软件构建工业机器人虚拟仿真场景,将库卡KR10 R1420型工业机器人和THKRJT-1工业机器人自动化生产线作为实际操作对象,设立了由易到难递进式的系列实训项目,包括气动夹爪的制作、物料搬运项目、汽车刹车片产线实训项目.采用虚拟仿真与实际操作相结合的工业机器人实践教学方法,虚实结合,相辅相成,互为补充,让学生更容易掌握操作技能,并且大大降低学生实操时的安全风险以及实训设备的损坏率.
Development of Virtual-Actual Practical Training Courses for Industrial Robot
An industrial robot training course combining virtuality and reality is developed under the background of new engineering.The virtual simulation scene of industrial robot is constructed by using SolidWorks 3D software and KUKA-Sim-pro software.Taking KUKA KR10 R1420 industrial robot and THKRJT-1 industrial robot automatic production line as the actual operation objects,a series of training projects from easy to difficult are set up,including the production of pneumatic gripper,material handling project and automobile brake pad production line training project.The practical teaching method of industrial robot combined with virtual simulation and practical operation is adopted.The combination of virtual and real,complements each other,makes easy for students to master operation skills and greatly reduce the safety risk in practical operation and the damage rate of training equipment.
