摘要

为满足新工科建设背景下对工科人才更高需求,增强学生的自主性和创新性,对生物化学实验课堂进行教学改革.以碘乙酸抑制糖酵解实验课程为例进行教学设计,实验组采用"雨课堂平台结合BOPPPS模型"的新型教学模式;对照组采用传统教学模式.结果显示,新型教学模式可以有效提升实验课堂教学效果,实现高效互动,实验组学生成绩(90.7±4.2)较对照组(80.5±5.6)有显著提升.该新型课堂可为今后高校实验类课程的教学改革提供参考.

Abstract

In order to meet the high demand for engineering talents under the background of new engineering science construction,strengthen the independence and innovation of students,the classroom teaching of biochemistry experiment is reformed.This paper takes the experimental course of iodine acetic acid inhibits glycolysis as an example as teaching design.The experimental group adopts the new teaching mode of"rain classroom platform combined with BOPPPS model",and the control group adopts the traditional teaching mode.The results show that the new teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching effect of the experimental classroom,and achieves efficient interaction.The scores of the students in the experimental group(90.7±4.2)are significantly higher than those in the control group(80.5±5.6).The new class provides a new exploration path for the teaching reform of experimental courses in universities in the future.
