Digital technology provides strong support for promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and strengthening digital construction is an important measure for innovative procurement management.Based on the analysis of the management problems in the"trinity"integrated development of medicine,teaching and research in our hospital,such as the difference in management mode,multiple roles of personnel,scattered organizational structure,and data islands in procurement and assets,the design ideas of the trinity architecture and integrated management mode based on procurement and asset management are proposed.Put forward the functional module design scheme of"budget,procurement and asset integrated management"and put it into practice.Use standardized templates to build the underlying logic foundation of big data to achieve"trinity"homogenization and differentiation management.In order to realize the operation system of one data network,one-stop service and integrated management,build a smart management platform that integrates procurement and asset management,and integrate the three units for reference.
