通过对国外发达国家代表性高校实验室安全管理的比较,结合国内高校实验室安全管理的典型案例分析,发现国内高校在快速吸收借鉴国际先进经验的同时,及时融入本土化优势元素,创建出既能与国际接轨,又能体现中国特色的多元整合的高校实验室安全管理体系.针对当前实验室安全体系的研究热点以及存在问题,通过加强党的领导,完善安全专项巡察、人员培训、准入管理等机制,建设信息化系统和规范化实验室,推动风险评估、系统化检查与责任管理有机融合,多元整合有效提升了安全管理成效,共同推进高校实验室安全管理水平.
In recent years,the construction level of university laboratories in China has made rapid progress,but there is still significant room for improvement in terms of safety management.By comparing representative university laboratory safety management practices in developed countries,and analyzing typical cases of laboratory safety management in domestic universities,it has been found that domestic universities are rapidly absorbing and learning from international advanced experiences while incorporating advantageous local elements.As a result,they are creating a diverse and integrated university laboratory safety management system that aligns with international standards and also reflects Chinese characteristics.By accurately grasping the research hotspots and existing issues in the current laboratory safety system,strengthening the leadership of the Communist Party,promoting mechanisms such as special safety inspections,personnel training,and admission management,establishing information systems and standardized laboratories,integrating risk assessment,systematic inspections,and responsibility management,the effectiveness of safety management has been enhanced through diverse integration.This provides an advanced template and reference for laboratory safety management in Chinese universities,and collectively promotes the improvement of the level of laboratory safety management in universities to new heights.
