In order to reduce the economic losses caused by improper work of university laboratory relocation and the security risks faced by force majeure factors,the risk points of the whole process of university laboratory relocation are sorted out,and corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed for each risk point.The risk prevention and control system of university laboratory relocation is constructed based on environmental impact assessment theory and weight list method,and the laboratory relocation permit index and laboratory relocation risk prevention and control index are obtained.The laboratory relocation permit index is used to evaluate whether the laboratory relocation work could be implemented,and the laboratory relocation risk prevention and control index is used to evaluate the completion of the laboratory relocation work.The system draws up specific risk prevention contents,working methods and evaluation standards for laboratory relocation work,improves the risk prevention ability of laboratory relocation,and ensures the safety of state-owned assets and personnel.
