为了研究石油与天然气钻井溢流期间井筒环空中的气液两相流动规律,设计并搭建了一套垂直井筒环空气液两相流动实验装置,创建了电容层析成像(ECVT)和含气率分析的流型识别方法.通过实验表明:该实验揭示了含气率随气液相表观速度、黏度的变化规律;实现了对不透明井筒环空内气液两相流动过程的实时可视化和定量化表征.该实验装置可作为垂直井筒环空中气液两相流动特征、气体运移、流型转化研究的重要手段,也可用于实验教学、大学生创新性实验项目等.
Experiments of Gas-Liquid Two-phase Flow in Vertical Wellbore Annulus Based on Electrical Capacitance Volume Tomography
To investigate the gas-liquid two-phase flow in wellbore annulus during gas kick,a set of experimental equipment for gas-liquid two-phase flow in vertical wellbore annulus is designed and built.A flow pattern recognition method based on electrical capacitance volume tomography(ECVT)and gas holdup analysis is established.The experiment shows that the experiment reveals the change rules of gas holdup with apparent velocities of gas and liquid phase is revealed,as well as viscosity,and it realizes real-time visualization and quantitative characterization of gas-liquid two-phase flow behavior in wellbore annulus.The experimental device can be used as an important means for studying the characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow,gas migration,and flow pattern transition in vertical wellbore annulus under high pressure conditions.This set of equipment can also be used for experimental teaching,innovative experimental projects for college students,etc.
