Design and Optimization of Printed Wireless Power Transmission Coils
In order to better adapt to the application requirements of wireless power transmission technology,a magnetic coupling structure of WPT system with a high misalignment tolerance was designed.The receiving end of this structure is made of PCB,and a planar solenoid structure is integrated without increasing the copper surface.,which improves the misalignment tolerance performance of the magnetic coupling mechanism while ensuring the accuracy of coil production and structural stability.Firstly,a system mathematical model was established based on LCC-S resonant network according to the principle of mutual inductance..The coil size parameters were optimized based on the mutual inductance fluctuation and system efficiency,and a prototype was developed based on the optimization results.The measurement of mutual inductance parameters of the magnetic coupling mechanism and the experimental results of system transmission show that the structure has good anti offset effect within a certain range of plane offset.
