基于工程思维的电气专业综合实验课程项目设计

在分析总结工程思维内涵与特点的基础上,给出了工程思维实施的路线,阐明了实验课程项目对于工程思维能力培养的重要性.综合本专业多门专业基础课程设计了"直流电动机与控制系统"实验课程项目,依照工程教育认证的标准制订教学目标,按照工程思维方法将项目分解为工程问题定义、需求分析、模型建立与验证、解决方案设计、原型机制作、测试与分析、迭代优化以及结题验收等环节,并设计与之对应的课程任务.教学实践证明,具有工程背景的实验课程项目,通过提供沉浸式、全流程的工程项目体验,能够有效锻炼学生的工程思维,提高解决工程问题的能力和学习总结工程经验.
Design of the Experimental Course Project of"DC Motor and Control System"Based on Engineering Thinking
On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the connotation and characteristics of engineering thinking,this paper gives the general method and route of implementing engineering thinking,and clarifies the importance of the experimental course project to the cultivation of engineering thinking ability.The experimental course project of"DC Motor and Control System"is designed based on multiple basic courses of this major,and the teaching objectives are formulated according to the standards of engineering education certification.According to the engineering thinking method route,the project is decomposed into engineering problem definition,demand analysis,model establishment and verification,solution design,prototype mechanism,testing and analysis,iterative optimization,conclusion and acceptance and other links,and the corresponding course tasks are designed.Teaching practice proves that experimental course projects with engineering background can effectively train students'engineering thinking,improve their ability to solve engineering problems and learn and summarize engineering experience by providing immersive and whole-process engineering project experience.
