Reform and Exploration of Mechanical Testing Technology Experiment Course
With the aim of enhancing the quality and depth of experimental teaching in mechanical testing courses,a case reform with introducing oil debris detection is proposed. The plan divides course instruction into theoretical teaching and experimental research extension segments, integrating course knowledge systematically through Problem-Based Learning(PBL)methods. It advocates for research-oriented teaching and introduces pre-incubation innovation and entrepreneurship education.By organically incorporating deep learning technology into existing detection experiments, the initiative promotes the reform and advancement of traditional mechanical testing technology courses. The restructuring involves systematically integrating course content through the steps of debris detection experiments, empowering students within the experimental curriculum to autonomously set experimental objectives. This approach enables targeted mastery of essential mechanical testing knowledge such as sensor selection, signal processing algorithm design, and result analysis. The reform plan is expected to comprehensively enhance students'grasp and understanding of course content, facilitating their transformation of learned concepts into practical achievements applicable to practical activities like subject competitions or research projects, thereby fully cultivating students'comprehensive engineering application abilities.
