Construction and Application of Informationization System for Laboratory Safety Inspection in Universities
Laboratory safety inspection is an important aspect of laboratory safety management in universities.We design and develop a laboratory security inspection information system based on the interactive use of Internet PC and mobile devices to address the difficulties in the current process of laboratory security inspection in universities.This system is based on university laboratory rooms,and constructs a laboratory basic database that includes information such as laboratory room number,building,affiliated unit,room QR code,responsible person,safety officer,and laboratory hazard sources.It designs and builds a database that includes system user role management,laboratory safety information management,safety inspection basis,safety inspection plan,safety inspection tasks,etc.A laboratory safety inspection information system with functions such as rectification report management and statistical analysis of laboratory inspection data,and its application and promotion are completed.This system realizes the dynamic management of basic information in university laboratories,classifies hazard sources,on-sitely inspects and collects evidences,immediately notifies hidden dangers,timely feedbacks rectification,and completes statistical analysis,forms a closed-loop management of the entire safety inspection process of"evaluation inspection rectification archiving summary",effectively improves the management efficiency of laboratory safety inspection work.
