Construction and Management of Public Instrument Platforms in Universities Based on PDCA Cycle
By comparing and analyzing the current situation of large-scale instruments open sharing in universities and research institutes, the paper proposes that universities should build public instrument platforms, strengthen intensive management of instruments, and improve resource allocation efficiency. The PDCA cycle theory is applied in the management of public instrument platform, and the N+X two-level public instrument platform construction system is proposed, including university-level platforms,college-level platforms, discipline cluster platforms and key laboratory platforms, and the construction ideas of different platforms are analyzed. The public instrument platform external sharing service system is proposed, including system, information, experimental technology team and evaluation.Through the four stages of management, the public platform management level is cycled to improve the effectiveness of open sharing.
