高校实验室安全教育评价的现状调研

为进一步了解国内高校实验室安全教育评价现状,以问卷方式对国内高校实验室安全教育满意度、安全考核情况、准入情况、考核评价方式等方面进行了调研.调研结果表明目前国内高校开展实验室安全教育评价存在评价体系未建立、评价形式单一、评价内容不全面的问题,提出了制订系统且具有针对性的评价标准、采用多样化的评价方法、加强师资队伍建设、培育实验室安全文化、建立持续更新和改进的机制以及加强反馈和激励机制的建议,有利于推动高校系统实验室安全教育评价体系不断完善和发展.
Investigation on the Status Quo of Laboratory Safety Education Evaluation in Universities
In order to further understand the current status of laboratory safety education evaluation in domestic universities,questionnaire survey is conducted on the satisfaction of safety education in domestic universities.The investigation shows that safety assessment situation,access situation,assessment and evaluation methods,and the evaluation system are not established,single evaluation form and incomplete evaluation content are existed.It also puts forward some suggestions which include to develop comprehensive and targeted evaluation standards,adopt diversified evaluation methods,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,cultivate laboratory safety culture,establish continuous updated and improved mechanism,and strengthen feedback and incentive mechanism.These measures can promote continuous improvement and development of laboratory safety education evaluation system in universities.
