Construction and Practice of Graduate Student Laboratory Safety Literacy Assessment Mechanism
Students'laboratory safety literacy is the concrete performance of students'safety ability in the laboratory,and it is also a specific index to assess students'safety ability.This paper introduces the concept of laboratory safety literacy.By investigating the current situation and its influencing factors of graduate's laboratory safety literacy,the level and existing problems of safety literacy are clarified.The important factors affecting laboratory safety literacy and its three dimensions,namely safety knowledge and concept,skills and behavioral literacy,are deeply analyzed from the two aspects of university and students,and appropriate improvement measures are proposed.It points out the ways to improve students'safety literacy,solve human factors for university laboratory safety,reduce laboratory safety risks,and improve laboratory safety management ability and level.
