地方高校环境生物类共享平台安全建设与开放管理探索

为了提高地方高校环境生物类平台建设与管理的专业性、安全性和共享成效,全面梳理了环境生物类平台的使用需求、建设体系、培训模式、开放管理策略,研究发现存在"功能分区不合理、安全管理不精细、培训机制不健全、开放共享成效不佳"等问题.提出引入"分区构建、分级管理、智能辅助、协同共促"的管理模式.2019~2023年间因误操作引发的设备故障率逐年下降,安全事故为零,培训研究生人数增加166%、使用人数增加165%、预约次数增加393%、测试样品数增加321%、使用机时增加119%、发表SCI文章数增加100%.经过5年实践,实现平台高效运转,并推动高水平论文发表和实验新方法开发,为环境科学研究提供有力保障和支撑.
Safety Construction and Open Management of Environmental Biology Sharing Platform in Local Universities
In order to improve the professionalism,safety and sharing effect of the construction and management of environmental biological platform in local universities,the use demand,construction system,training mode and open management strategy of environmental biological platform were comprehensively reviewed.The study found that there were problems such as"unreasonable functional zoning,imprecise security management,imperfect training mechanism,and poor open sharing effect".The management model of"zoning construction,hierarchical management,intelligent assistance,and collaborative promotion"was proposed.From 2019 to 2023,the equipment failure rate caused by mis-operation decreased year by year,and the safety accident was zero.The number of training postgraduates increased by 166%,the number of users increased by 165%,the number of appointments increased by 393%,the number of test samples increased by 321%,the time(h)of users increased by 119%,and the number of published SCI articles increased by 100%.After 5 years of practice,the platform was effectively operated,and high-level papers were published and new experimental methods were developed to provide strong guarantee and support for environmental scientific research.
