Numerical Simulation Analysis of Triaxial Test Based on Modified Cam Clay Model
In order to further expand the teaching content of the triaxial shear test and enrich test teaching methods, based on modified Cam clay model,a numerical model for triaxial consolidated undrained test is constructed, and the CU test process is simulated and analyzed by coupling stress field and seepage field. The rules of stress path, plastic volumetric strain and pore water pressure are analyzed. Both the formula for pore pressure coefficient at failure and Roscoe line normalization equation are reduced.During numerical simulation experiment, changes in experiments or soil parameters are allowed,so more comprehensive test conditions can be designed, more abundant test data can be obtained, and more accurate conclusions can be drawn after analyzing experimental results. If numerical simulation experiment is introduced in experiment teaching process,it can help students not only learn theoretical knowledge related to experimental principles, but also apply theoretical knowledge to the experimental process, and arouse students'interest.Numerical simulation experiment can guide students to shift from learning experimental theory knowledge passively to designing experiments actively.
