以培养学生解决临床实际问题的思维能力为核心,护理客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)考核为主线,探索基于"虚实结合"的护理OSCE训练考核一体化模式.该模式包括线上护理OSCE虚拟训练平台和线下护理OSCE综合能力考核模式.建设OSCE考核病案库和SP剧本.线上开发虚拟仿真项目,搭建护理OSCE虚拟训练平台,训练学生临床思维能力;线下结合SP和仿真训练进行OSCE综合能力考核,强化学生技能操作、团队配合和护患沟通能力.设计即时评价、阶段评价和终末评价的多元教学评价体系,通过多元评价反馈,不断优化教学模式.该模式解决了实践教学的痛点问题,提升了学生综合实践能力,为院校深化护理实践教学改革和提高护理人才培养质量提供借鉴.
Exploration and Practice of the Integrated Mode of Nursing OSCE Training and Assessment Based on the"Combination of Virtuality and Reality"
Taking the cultivation of the thinking ability to solve practical clinical problems as the core and the nursing objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)as the main line,we explore the integrated nursing OSCE training and examination mode based on'combining virtuality and reality'.The model includes an online nursing OSCE virtual training platform and an offline nursing OSCE comprehensive competency assessment model.We build OSCE assessment case library and SP script.On the line,virtual simulation projects are develped,nursing OSCE virtual training platform is built to train students'clinical thinking ability.On the off-line we combine SP and simulation training for OSCE comprehensive competence assessment to strengthen students'skills operation,teamwork and nurse-patient communication ability.A multiple teaching evaluation system of immediate evaluation,stage evaluation and final evaluation is designed to continuously optimize the teaching mode through multiple evaluation feedback.This model solves the pain point problem of practice teaching,improves students'comprehensive practice ability,and provides reference for institutions to deepen nursing practice teaching reform and improve the quality of nursing personnel training.
