有机化学教学实验的改进与拓展设计

"香豆素-3-羧酸的制备"是一个经典的有机化学教学实验.一般采用哌啶催化Knoevenagel反应合成香豆素-3-羧酸乙酯,但哌啶为第二类易制毒试剂,属于管制药品,气味大、腐蚀性强.该实验缺少产物性质应用的相关实验,仅涉及有机物的制备和纯化.因此,对该实验进行了改进与拓展设计:采用功能化离子液体催化Knoevenagel反应,实现了香豆素-3-羧酸乙酯的绿色合成;通过香豆素-3-羧酸与Eu3+配位后荧光的"开-关"实验丰富了实验教学内容.实验现象明显,让学生更好地理解了金属离子与配体之间的络合反应,实现了"有机合成"与"性质应用"相统一.该设计实验加强了学科的交叉融合,激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的绿色化学理念和创新性思维,受到了学生的一致好评.
Improvement and Extended Design of Classical Organic Chemistry Teaching Experiments
The preparation of coumarin-3-carboxylic acid is one of the classic organic experiments for college students.In this experiment,coumarin-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester is prepared via Knoevenagel reaction catalyzed by piperidine.However,piperidine is controlled and corrosive.Furthermore,this experiment only includes the preparation and purification of organic products.Therefore,the following improvements and extensive designs are made.Ionic liquid is adopted to catalyze this reaction.The fluorescence on-off experiment of coumarin-3-carboxylic acid complex is designed.This experiment involves the knowledge of multiple disciplines of organic synthesis,green chemistry and coordination chemistry.It has strong comprehensiveness,interest and teaching feasibility,and is conducive to the cultivation of students'green chemistry concept and comprehensive application ability.
