Comprehensive Exploratory Experiment Design on Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission
To address the issue of insufficient higher-order skill development among students in traditional experimental teaching,a comprehensive exploratory experiment based on hydraulic excavators was designed.A virtual prototype of a hydraulic excavator was established by using virtual reality technology.Multi system 5060,pressure sensors, flow sensors, and other sensors were used to measure the pressure, flow rate, and engine speed during the excavator's operation process.Based on the measured data, the action performance, pressure impact characteristics, and pressure loss characteristics of the executing components were analyzed. The construction of relevant experimental resources was completed, which provides both theoretical and empirical grounds for guiding students in designing and analyzing hydraulic systems. On this basis,an experimental implementation plan was proposed, which decomposes the experiment into four stages:equipment condition investigation and analysis, circuit design, system design, and practical operation optimization, guiding students to explore and solve practical engineering problems in a group collaboration manner.
