In order to increase use of university computer innovation laboratory,we adhere to the results-oriented concept to carry out laboratory management.A target assessment responsibility letter is signed at the initial stage of the laboratory site application.In the process of use,management system,access authorization,access control system,intelligent monitoring,information network,flow control management and other management measures are combined.The fire safety adopts multi-department cooperative supervision mechanism.An effective combination of university functional departments,secondary colleges,experimental centers and team leaders at four levels of management is achieved,a virtuous circle of fair,reasonable allocation of innovation laboratory resources,and safe and efficient use of instruments are carried out.Strict assessment is done in accordance with the output results.The three-level reward mechanism of university,college and double innovation college stimulates teachers and students of innovation lab produces more results,creates a virtuous cycle of efficient outcomes.It provides a good reference for the use and management of university computer innovation laboratories.
