Exploration and Practice of Laboratory Safety Management in Universities under an Interdisciplinary Context
Laboratories are crucial sites for teaching and research in modern universities,and their safe and stable operation is vital for scientific research,talent cultivation,and academic exchange.With the cross-disciplinary inte-gration becoming the new norm,laboratory safety management faces challenges.This article analyzes the characteristics and management difficulties of interdisciplinary laboratories and proposes management measures suitable for such laboratories:improving management systems,establishing a three-tier collaborative management responsibility system;developing comprehensive safety education programs,enhancing safety training;relying on safety grid personnel to achieve closed-loop management;classifying and grading laboratory equipment for precise risk control.;creating a comprehensive safety culture to stimulate members'sense of responsibility.These measures enhance laboratory operational efficiency and promote development and innovation.This article aims to provide references for the safety management of other interdisciplinary laboratories.
