Construction and Practice of Online Full-process Management System for University Procurement Contract
The online whole-process management of procurement contracts is an effective way to achieve the relevant requirements of"accrual basis"under the background of the new government accounting system,and is also an important means for universities to strengthen internal control and standardize economic behaviors.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of procurement contract management in colleges,this paper constructs an online information management platform for the whole process of procurement contract in colleges through departmental collaboration,information system construction and electronic signature technology.It realizes the effective collaboration between the purchaser,supplier and the centralized management department of the contract,realizes the construction of a compliant,safe and efficient electronic contract signing process system,realizes the traceability and traceability of the procurement contract,and further standardizates the contract management of colleges.In addition,the system also strengthens the feedback and supervision of contract performance information,which is an effective attempt to"release management service"in college procurement contract management.
