Exploration on the Safety Digital Governance System of University Laboratories
The comprehensive informatization of laboratory safety management in universities is an inevitable development trend, but there are still some problems in the current construction process. For example, the existing system operation is cumbersome and presents an"information island"situation, making it difficult to achieve data transmission, communication, processing, and feedback control between data. The existing data analysis and management are lagging behind, with only simple data collection and no dynamic management, making it impossible to unleash the potential of big data analysis.Based on the relevant construction experience of some domestic and foreign universities, suggestions are put forward to build a campus level laboratory safety information management system, and to establish a"micro","real-time","ubiquitous"and"convenient"interconnection system by connecting system security nodes.Collaborative key information should be quantified for reengineering business processes;Practical exploration has been conducted in areas such as security data aggregation and analysis. Finally,a laboratory safety management system with business closed-loop,quantitative evaluation, and collaborative coupling is established, achieving joint governance and management of laboratory safety by teachers and students, significantly improving the effectiveness of grassroots management.
