摘要

为了减少高校实验室用电安全事故,设计了一套实验室用电安全管理系统,包含终端、集中器和云平台.终端检测并读取实验室各处用电信息以及环境信息,经过远距离无线电(LoRa)技术组网,集中器将各个终端的数据进行汇总,最后通过4G数据传输单元(DTU)将数据上传至云平台.实验员可以在移动端或PC端进行数据监测,控制实验室相关设备.该系统能够让实验员更好地实时掌握整个实验室的用电状态和实验环境,有效降低实验室事故发生率.

Abstract

In order to reduce safety accidents in university laboratories,an electrical safety management system for laboratories was developed.The system includes terminals,a concentrator and a cloud platform.Through the terminals,the system detects and reads the power information and environmental information from various parts of the laboratory.After being organized through the LoRa network,the concentrator compiles the data from each terminal and uploads it to the cloud platform through 4G DTU.Experimenters show that the system can monitor data and control relevant equipment in the laboratory through mobile or PC devices.This system enables the experimenters to better grasp the real-time electrical status and experimental environment of the entire laboratory,and effectively reduces the occurrence of experimental accidents.
