虚实结合的计算机控制系统课程实验平台开发

为增强计算机控制系统实验课程的高阶性、创新性和挑战度,设计基于Matlab/Simulink图形接口的3 容水箱实验控制平台.该控制平台采用Matlab串口技术实现对3 容水箱系统的实时通信,并结合Simulink仿真技术开发水箱控制器设计模块.基于该平台,可设计包括传统PID控制和串级控制在内的多种控制算法实验.该计算机控制系统实验平台将虚拟仿真与实时控制有机结合,在满足实践课程"两性一度"要求的同时,有效锻炼学生设计复杂控制算法的能力.
Development of an Experimental System for the Course of Computer Control System with a Combination of Simulation and Real-time Control technique
In order to enhance the advanced nature,innovation,and challenge of the computer control system laboratory course,a system control platform based on the Matlab graphical interface and Simulink modules was designed on the basis of the existing three-tank water tank experimental system.This control system utilizes Matlab serial communication technology to realize the data acquisition and control signal transmission for the three-tank water tank system.Based on the developed control platform,a number of experiments,including the designs of traditional PID control,cascade control scheme and other advanced control strategies are set up.The designed computer control system experimental platform integrates virtual simulation and real-time control,effectively meeting the requirements of practical courses and simultaneously enhancing students'ability to design complex control algorithms.
