To elevate the intelligence and informatization of university experimental platforms,a teaching-research integrated wire arc additive manufacturing experimental platform based on digital twin is designed.The construction of this experimental platform mainly includes the establishment of hardware system and the development of digital twin system for arc additive manufacturing.Subsequent tests indicate that partial theoretical research and verify method in the field of additive manufacturing can be efficiently conducted through this platform,which helps to promote the digitalization and intelligence of additive manufacturing,and improves the sustainable use efficiency of laboratory resources.
