Design of Comprehensive Experimental Teaching for Rare Earth Ternary Fluorescent Complexes to Develop Latent Fingerprints
In order to enhance the comprehensive and innovative abilities of public security major students,a fluorescent complex was designed with Sm3+and inert ions of La3+,Gd3+,and Y3+with a sensitizing effect. The fluorescence properties of the synthesized substances were evaluated, and the powder exhibiting the best fluorescence performance was selected for potential fingerprint development on crime scenes. The results demonstrate that the synthesized fluorescent complex emits bright red fluorescence under 365 nm ultraviolet light. The luminescence performance of Sm0.5 Gd0.5 TTA(o 3-Phen)is superior, and the fingerprint development shows excellent contrast, selectivity, and applicability. The experimental procedures involve synthesis of the complex, evaluation of its fluorescence properties, and potential fingerprint development, which reflects strong comprehensiveness and innovation. The scientific implementation and comprehensive evaluation has achieved the goal of enhancing students'professional skills and refining their thinking quality.
