To address the issues of collaborative education between schools and enterprises,we reconstructed curriculum content and resources, and the enhanced to cultivate students'innovative application abilities in the context of"Industry-Education Integration Curriculum(IEIC)".We explored and practiced the IEIC model of"Four Dual and Five Realities"(FDFR).A professionally distinctive holistic path of collaborative education between schools and enterprises was proposed with multiple elements of curriculum ideology, innovative education,school-enterprise culture, and labor education in this model.Based on the systematic theory and methods of work process,we structured course content, organization, and resources to achieve organic connections between educational and industrial chains. We established a dual-subject system,a dual-teacher team,a dual-innovation environment, and dual resources from school and enterprise. The FDFR model is featured as real enterprise environments, real project managers, real project cases, real work pressures and real employment opportunities. After more than a decade of exploration and practice, the student cultivation effect of the course is obvious.Web system project practicing curriculum was approved and established as a first-class IEIC in Jiangsu Province.Based on a survey of 154 graduates'employment:69.5%are technical backbone personnel in their respective units,9.1%are project managers,14.3%are in various levels of managerial positions.
