Optimizing Large Instrument Training Modes and Carrying out a Personalized Training Program
The large-scale instruments training provided by the analysis and testing center is an important support for teaching,research,and talent development in colleges.Because students have different needs and developmental characteristics at different stages,the instrument training teaching models should be optimized,and a personalized training program for students should be implemented.Taking the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)of the analysis and testing center as an example,the personalized training program is systematically presented.Over the past years,personalized training achieved remarkable results.Students'experimental skills and analytical abilities were significantly improved.At the same time,the training activities attracted the active participation of a large number of teachers and students,with a cumulative participation of approximately 1 300 individuals,receiving widespread praise.These outcomes demonstrate that the personalized training program is effective.Through in-depth discussions of these training methods and significance,we hope to provide useful references for education and training in related fields and contribute to the cultivation of more high-level experimental technical talents.
