高校数字化实验室火灾风险评估体系构建与应用

针对当前高校数字化实验室的迅速发展而带来的一系列风险防范不足以及火灾评估不全面等问题,对火灾发生的"前—中—后"的整个过程与"人—机—环—管"4 大主要诱因相结合开展了火灾风险评估体系研究.共划分了 4 个 1 级指标和33 个2 级指标,构建了基于层次分析法的火灾风险评估体系;通过层次分析法确定了各指标的权重;最后以北航新一代全数字化飞行器科教协同创新平台为例,对其火灾风险进行了评估,验证了体系的合理性和有效性.为高校数字化实验室建设的火灾防控提供了参考.
Construction and Application of Fire Risk Assessment System for Digitized Laboratories in Universities
In view of the problems of risk prevention and incomplete fire assessment caused by the rapid development of digital laboratories in universities,this paper studies the whole process of"before-during-after"fire occurrence and the four main causes of"human-machine-environment-management".These are further divided into two levels,and the first level has 4 indicators and second-level has 33 indicators.The weight for each indicator is determined using the analytical hierarchy process(AHP).To illustrate the system's rationality and effectiveness,the fire risk of Beihang's"Integrated Digital Aircraft Research and Education Center"was evaluated as a case study.This evaluation serves as a valuable reference for enhancing fire prevention and control in the ongoing digitization efforts across China's universities.
