Combining Online and Offline Models to Facilitate Chemical Safety Management in Universities
With the expansion of experimental types and the dramatic increase of students and laboratories, the safety risk rises, and becomes an important factor threatening laboratory safety of university.Meanwhile, online management means and platforms in recent years paly efficient roles in improving management level and promoting the reform of laboratory management, realizing the"strategy of change"of laboratory safety management. However, the current online management system often has several shortcomings such as low-level construction structure, weak linkage, information fragmentation and interoperability, etc.Taking the Reagent and Consumable Security Management Platform of Lanzhou University as an example, this paper describes the online and offline combined management mode on the basis of existing offline management advantages, providing space and time for the further development of information technology,so as to strive to realize a comprehensive chemical safety management platform with optimized structure, information linkage and platform integration, and accomplishing the upgrade of high-quality,connotative and refined online information management system.
