为解决实验室液氮罐液位监测装置使用繁琐及缺乏系统化管理等问题,设计1 套实验室液氮罐液位监管系统.系统主要由监测终端、云服务器和客户端等部分组成.通过称重传感器采集液氮罐的重量信息,判断液氮罐液位是否低于阈值,利用4G Cat.1 通信技术、云服务器、前端WEB页面及微信小程序等典型物联网技术实现液氮罐的液位监管.系统采用无损安装,不破坏罐体,操作便捷,成本低廉,适用多种品牌型号的液氮罐.通过测试验证,该系统称重精度高、平均功耗低,运行稳定可靠,具一定的应用价值.
Design of Liquid Level Monitoring System for Liquid Nitrogen Tanks in University Laboratories
To solve the problems of cumbersome use and lack of systematic management of existing laboratory liquid nitrogen tank level monitoring devices,a laboratory liquid nitrogen tank level monitoring system is designed.The system mainly consists of monitoring terminals,cloud servers and clients.The weight information of the liquid nitrogen tank is collected by weighing sensors to determine whether the liquid nitrogen tank level is below the threshold.Classic IoT technologies such as 4G Cat.1 communication technology,cloud servers,front-end Web pages,and WeChat mini programs are utilized to achieve liquid level supervision of the liquid nitrogen tank.The system adopts non-destructive installation,does not damage the tank body,is easy to operate,has low cost,and is suitable for almost all brands and models of liquid nitrogen tanks.Through testing and verification,the system has high weighing accuracy,low average power consumption,stable and reliable operation,and has certain promotional value.
